washed out never looked so pretty...

comfy pretty...

inspiring pretty...

i sent this to a friend for her office garage conversion inspiration...wouldn't it be perfect??

serene pretty..

according to the homeowner the walls appear this way due to many layers of paint stripped away and temperature fluctuations over the years..it's an old factory loft in atlanta (holla).

boho happy yum yum...

simple calm pretty..

this home is featured in the latest issue of atlanta homes and lifestyles mag.

the whole issue is pretty fucking outstanding.

pick you up a copy!

or bc i love you more than my luggage i will pick a name at random and send you a copy (and yes, i will rub my scent all over it).

leave a comment hookers.

This house is 12 shades of delicious. And I'll pick up my own copy next week. ;)

Mmmm, scented glossy magazines! You know how I feel about those chippy, peely walls and that office is just bananas. What a great spread.

I'm in for that. Serious dearth of the glossies down hee-yah!

Prettiest pictures I've seen in a while! I want that office for myself!

The only thing I'm not loving is the dining room & kitchen chairs. Those are not lingering-over-a-delicious-meal-and-good-conversation chairs. Or maybe I'm wrong. I've never sat in them...

Love it all, girl. Send that magazine to me after your rub yourself all over it! PS - Hope you and your Fiona had a great Halloween!

That dining space is beautiful!

Ok, I hate that kitchen with the fire of a thousand hot burning suns...but other than that, I'm feelin it. And just so you know, pretty much every time I come to your blog I'm reminded that if I don't get a faux fur throw for my bed soon, my life might be over.

love that dining room more each time I see it!

November 3, 2010 | Unregistered Commenterappletree

Wow, very delicious. I may just need a subscription!

November 3, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterKara

want to know where i can get my hands on a pair of those chippy chippendales...

November 3, 2010 | Unregistered Commenteraimee

I would kill for that dining room. Love the weathered paint walls.

November 3, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterJohanna

Pick me pick me! Love these soft rooms!

November 3, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterBrandi

This is nice...it's like the creamy version of all the gray belgian-y interiors that people (restoration hardware?) trying to be shovin' at us. I like this, and I'd like a magazine, and also I'd like it if you tied raffia to all your wine bottles that sit around Casa MFAMB.

I don't live in ATL but would like to bask in the Southern Goodness...pick me and not your nose. ;)

November 3, 2010 | Unregistered Commenterdulci

Please, please, pretty please?!

Perfect timing. My husband and i might be moving from DC to ATL next year!!

November 3, 2010 | Unregistered Commentermaggie

Pick me! I am in desperate need of design inspiration. My den is painted burnt orange. Ack!

the dining room wall is stunning the color and the texture are priceless wonder how long and how many layers it took look the way it is does..how old it is? gonna go grab a copy of this issue to savor good luck bitches!

November 3, 2010 | Unregistered Commentertwit

how gorgeous would that living room be at night -- with the chandelier candles lit?!
mmmmmmmmmmm.........

November 3, 2010 | Unregistered Commenteranita@ a dreamer's den

Maybe this is what I need..calm.. Still don't dig those head-dress thingy's on the wall though, but the rest is perfection. Rub away Jenny & just maybe that issue will be sitting on my coffee table!!

November 3, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterDeborah Milne

I love the dining room walls but given the building's age I would be worried there was lead pain..t Gorgeous but deadly! And ditto the comment re: the non-comfort of the side chairs. The chipped chippendales are lovely though! Nice find MFAMB!

Really pretty, but miss lamps in pic 1 and 3! no lamps, no light.. is this a showroom?
