Those are nice. Warm and cozy. It's 2 degrees today here and I'm watching the Vanilla Ice Project on DIY network. Just like you said.
I want a room just like the second to the last image. I wouldn't change a thing, but I would add that dining table and floors and fireplace from the one above. Also love the pretty pinks happening in the third snapshot. This was such a feel good post, J. So many covetable spaces. I had more than one OMG moment!

WOW - these are amazing pictures. That one of the library with the gorgeous chandelier - it can only be in Paris - one of the best I have seen in months.
It really, really bugged me to see that beautiful wallpaper desecrated with gold paint!

i never quite understood the gold paint either...but it doens't bug me. i kind of think it's cool. interesting. adds a little edge.
The gold squiggle de Gournay wallpaper is Jeffrey Bilhuber's bedroom with 18k gold 'splatters' added by artist Nancy Lorenz. But I digress, WHO did the bedroom second from bottom with the John Dickenson galvanized table between twin beds? PERFECTION.
