For some reason, my mind has become totally obsesed with the idea of an all white/cream house with touches of black and wood- totally agree that EVERY room needs at least a hit of black.
LOVE black. i'm dying to paint the two sets french doors in my living room black. hubby isn't so convinced, but he has no taste.
Agreed. For a while I was keeping everything, everywhere pale and frosty but blasting in some black gives everything depth and richness.

My 23 year old moves out this week. Guest room is being planned. There's black in my future. Been thinking on this one for a year already. Great minds think alike.

God damnit this brings up bad memories. That leather chaise of glory in the 1st photo is the chaise of my dreams. And I had found one at our R.H. Outlet for like $600 off the normal price. But my other half had just been layed off & so even at that amazing price I couldn't buy it. I had almost forgot about it. Excuse me while I cry myself to sleep. Fuckity fuck fuck fuck.
I just have to say that, with so many people simply pulling their images for their blogs from Pinterest (myself guilty as charged), I love that you continue to come up with new and fresh images! I've never seen a single one of these before and I love them all! I don't know how you do it. Guess that's what makes you the bloggin bee's knees. Keep it up, yo. Lovin it.
