i am not advocating that you eat 2 avocados all by yourself
but i am advocating that the next time you make guacamole you do it in a molcajete.
it's a game changer.
i'm gonna go out on a (chubbier) limb and say that it's bc you can really grind the garlic to a perfect paste in the bottom and smash the avocados just so..
not too chunky, not too creamy.
creamy guacamole makes me gag.
