it's never too late.
it's never too late.
all the things i like...
modern elements. rustic elements. floors painted white.
but the real key player here is that step-out-onto-something-awesome window.
i have a wonder about the ceiling fixture...
looks like a bulb in the center is giving off light. rather than the fixture itself.
curious.

speaking of kitchens...yesterday in my own kitchen i baked some banana bread.
i have made lots of banana bread in my time (said your grandma. and me)
this one is the best i've come across.
i substituted cup for cup whole grain all purpose flour and you'd never know the difference.
(i only used 3 bananas. i also used creme fraiche in place of the greek yogurt but sour cream would do the same job.)
salted butter optional. (but highly recommended)
one day i will use purple-black paint on the walls.
i will add pink, red, persimmon and gold.
today's players:
paint - raffia console - purple art - pink art - legs art - poodles - black heart bowl - silver tray - basket - lamp - candle - zebra mask - rug
hi. i guess i can't really call these paintings since i used zero paint.
they are made entirely of pastels, oil pastels, charcoal and/or pastel pencils.
sometimes you need to try new things and see where you end up.
