i hate august. i hate summer. i hate everything pretty much anymore. but i love this vibe. august for me is a mix of washed out and saturation. it’s too hot for anything but a pool and a dress. back to school is bittersweet in the best of times. now it’s just a nightmare. on the interiors front neutrals are what interest me. and tile. so much tile. i still love the idea of al fresco dining under a pretty umbrella and while we can’t go anywhere it’s the next best thing to a vacation/fancy dinner. please do follow the link below to the photograph to live vicariously through a family’s italian/french vacation. and finally, khruangbin is THE summer soundtrack.
