a slip dress in black works in a lot of ways. as is, skirt, with a cardigan over it for the pracital magic-ness or a sweatshirt obv. the shoe really dictates here.

wide leg pants. i like these (on sale) and these.
brown loafers. i like them a lot. also they aren’t chunky which i also like.
mary janes are the shoe of the moment. i like these for the price and the square toe but maybe pointy is the look? i just don’t know.
